PWPW stands for Polską Wytwórnię Papierów Wartościowych S.A which is facilitating the online applications for Vehicle Registration and Driving License Application. Any foreigner can register and create a profile in this website if you have a PESEL number. If you do not have a PESEL number, please follow my other blog to know more and get one.
Create an account in esp.pwpw.pl by registering using Zarejestruj się option below the login fields.
Below page will be opened to enter your details. Please make sure to provide legible information in this website as the details will be used to auto-populate the details in online application form for Driving License. Phone number and email ID should be valid and in operation in order to receive status communication about your applications.
After filling all information, click Zarejestruj and wait for an email in your mail box from [email protected]. Click the link in that email to verify yourself and complete the registration process.
Use the same username and password you used for registering to login into the PWPW portal.
